Welcome to Flyhomekenya, operated by Simba Africa Crafts. These Terms & Conditions outline the rules and guidelines for using our website and placing orders with us.

All our flies are produced on Order( They are Pre-Ordered). Our current lead time is 2–4 weeks, depending on the size of your order.
We appreciate your patience as we handcraft each fly with precision and care.

1. Pricing & Orders

  • All prices are listed in US dollars and are based on wholesale per dozen.

  • Our standard prices are:

    • Custom Nymphs: $2.99 per dozen

    • Stonefly Patterns: $3.85 per dozen

  • All prices are F.O.B. Kenya — shipping is not included in the price.

2. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship worldwide using trusted couriers such as DHL or Aramex, depending on your location.

  • Shipping charges are calculated based on the greater of actual weight or volumetric weight.

  • Estimated delivery times and tracking information will be shared after dispatch.

3. Payments

4. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the nature of custom-tied flies, we do not accept returns unless the goods are defective or incorrectly supplied.

  • If there's an issue, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with clear photos and order details.

5. Product Authenticity

  • What you see is what you get. We do not substitute or alter the patterns shown unless specifically requested by you.

  • Each fly is hand-tied to high standards with attention to detail.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content, including images, logos, and fly designs, are the intellectual property of Flyhomekenya or its affiliates and may not be used without written permission.

7. Privacy & Data Use

  • We only use your information to fulfill your order and communicate with you.

  • Your data will not be shared with third parties without consent.

8. Website Use

  • Users may not attempt to tamper with, hack, or misuse the website in any way.

  • Access to the website may be restricted based on region to comply with business policy.

9. Changes to Terms
